Welcome to GymTrak! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GymTrak mobile application ("App") provided by GymTrak ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
1. Use of the App
GymTrak provides a fitness tracking application that allows you to log workouts, track progress, and manage your fitness goals. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Premium Features
GymTrak offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription, which is managed through RevenueCat and the respective app stores. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are governed by the app store through which you made your purchase.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (such as workout logs and custom exercises). By using our App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide our services to you.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
6. Health Disclaimer
Important: GymTrak is intended for fitness tracking purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Before starting any exercise program, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from exercises performed while using the App.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GymTrak and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymTrak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
